Island Bay Festival

All applicants except food stall applicants may use whichever form best suits them. The Hard Copy is designed to be printed and posted, the Email copy is designed to be edited in Word and sent as an email attachment.

ALL FOOD STALLS must print, fill out, sign and post the HARD COPY form according to WCC requirements.
